Revert this to use the owner id to indicate default shares since the share driver would need too much change in order to support the new default parameter in a clean way. Will happen later.

Adapted the kolab driver to the recent Share fixes within Turba.

[cjh] Shared Address Books are now stored in a flat namespace so that they
do not rely on the hierarchical (i.e. DataTree) properties of the
Horde_Share API (Bug #4960).

To upgrade:
Run scripts/upgrades/2007-06-17_delete_old_vbooks.php and
scripts/upgrades/2007-06-17_flatten_shares.php, in that order.

- remove unnecessary $haveShare global variable
- add  Driver::getContactOwner() to encapsulate share logic
- remove custom share code
- treat virtual address books like other shares
- push vbook code into vbook driver
- make sure new address books are added to the visible address books pref

I still need to flatten out shares, but this does flatten vbooks at
least. It was turning into too large a commit, so here's this chunk.

First step in getting Turba back to the mainline Share code. Removes
sourceType as a custom Share parameter.

I think something might be broken for IMSP, but I don't understand the
naming requirements of IMSP sources.

I know that creating new virtual addressbooks isn't working, but I
just verified it was already broken before these changes so I'm moving
forward and will come back to that.

Updated turba driver for Kolab 2

Merge Source.php into Driver.php and just use the Turba_Driver class
to handle everything.

- Turba simply needs a mapping to properly handle UIDs. Throw errors
(until we have it) where it matters.

- delete() instead of removeObject()

- Expect a 'uid' attribute. Need to add this to the default schemas
and such.

Update the license bits that have been out of date for years - point
to the Horde ASL-style license as defined in COPYING.

Kolab drivers! (for Nag, Mnemo, Kronolith, and Turba)
